On Abby's 18 month birthday, it DUMPED snow here in Redmond Ridge. We had somewhere between 6 and 8 inches. It was beautiful! I had to work all morning, so Josh and Abby went out and enjoyed it using the backpack my parents gave us for Christmas. Abby really likes to ride in it. Later in the day, after I got home from work, all 3 of us headed out for another walk in the snow. It's fun walking together. Abby likes to "talk" about the things she sees as we're walking. It's pretty cute. She asks to go in the backpack quite a bit now - she says "ba-paa, ba-paa" and points to her chest. The weather has been pretty cold and yucky so we haven't been able to use it as much as she wants yet, but this spring and summer she's going to be in it all the time! :)
